The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms had a fantastic design and were well decorated. the location of the hotel was also very convenient, with a metro station nearby and close proximity to key attractions.
The receptionist's behavior was appalling. We were asked to leave the hotel and come back after two hours, even though we had just arrived with our family and two kids.

We had a fantastic stay! The hotel was clean and tidy, with spacious rooms. The location was perfect, right in the center of downtown Madrid, and within walking distance to all the main tourist attractions. We didn't need to use public transport at all, as the hotel was very close to two metro stations. The breakfast, although basic, was okay. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel is located in the very centre of Madrid, surrounded by many tourist attractions and offering a vibrant nightlife. The staff provides great service and pays attention to detail, ensuring a comfortable stay. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with en-suite showers and comfortable beds. The included breakfast is served with a good variety of options.

This hostel is in a great location, right on the main street and very close to the center of the city. It's super convenient to get to nearby attractions. The rooms are clean and the bathrooms are well-maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful, giving good recommendations. The breakfast is decent with a variety of options to choose from.
The rooms can be a bit small, so if you prefer more space, you may want to consider other options.

I had a fantastic stay at a modern and excellently located hotel. The room was recently renovated and clean, although small. The kitchen was a great addition, providing all the necessary amenities. The hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance of major attractions and close to a subway station. The WiFi worked perfectly, and there was even a PC available for use.
